Terms and conditions of golf lesson purchase

  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • All golf lessons have an expiry of 6 months from the date of purchase – This

    can only be extended on the basis of a medical exception where medical

    evidence may be required.

  • All bookings are subject to availability of instructors.

  • The instructor(s) reserve the right to reschedule golf lessons if required

  • No show pre-paid lessons will be deducted from the customers bank of pre -

    paid lessons.

  • No show unpaid lessons will be charged.

  • Cancellation of a lesson by a student is accepted and not charged if prior to

    24 hours before the lesson time.

  • Adam Harnett Golf reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at

    any time.

Terms and conditions of gift voucher purchase

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • All gift vouchers have a 6-month expiry which can be found on the voucher.

  • Gift vouchers can be reactivated for a fee. See below.

    o 1-3 months expired 50% cost of voucher.

    o 3+ months expired 100% cost of voucher.

  • Gift vouchers can be extended by the instructor for medical reasons only.

    The recipient must have made contact within the expiry deadline to notify the

    instructor and request and extension.

  • All other term and conditions for golf lesson purchases apply as outlined

    above.

 

Privacy Notice - Data Protection

Adam Harnett Golf takes your privacy seriously and will only use your personal
information to manage your lesson account, send you automated reminders and promotional emails.

From time to time we will need to contact you, via phone or email to provide you with updates, share relevant news and to send invoices.

We will input your data into a system called Booking Bug to track your lesson history and record your lesson purchases. For marketing purposes we will also use a system called Mail Chimp. Your data is held in securely and can only be accessed by

authorised personnel. Personal information will not be shared with any third parties.

We hold your personal data and use it to:

  • - Send you news and information

  • - Send you special offers and updates

  • - In case of an emergency

  • - Contact you about appointments

    Your information will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any other organisation unless provided for by law or covered in this Privacy Notice.
